Contact Tuckys for Professional Corporate Photography in Singapore

Tell us who needs photographing, where, and by when. You will get a written response the same working day with availability, a shoot outline and a firm quotation.

Start a corporate shoot

Most enquiries reach us one of two ways. Either you know exactly what you need — forty headshots, one morning, your office — or you know the outcome you want and would like help shaping the brief. Both are welcome.

What to include

  • How many people, and whether they sit in one office or several
  • Whether you need headshots, leadership portraits, team photography, event coverage or video
  • Where the shoot would take place — your office, our studio, or on location
  • Your deadline, and what the images are for — annual report, website, media release, LinkedIn

What happens next

  1. Same-day reply. Availability, an outline of how we would shoot it, and a fixed quotation.
  2. A short call if it helps. Fifteen minutes is usually enough to lock the approach, the look and the schedule.
  3. Shoot day. We arrive early, work tethered so you review images as we go, and keep to your running order.
  4. Delivery. Retouched, correctly sized files, typically within five to seven working days.

Based in Singapore. We photograph across Singapore and travel through the region for group and multi-office assignments.

Working with us

We have photographed corporate leadership since 2002 — boards, chief executives, senior teams and whole departments — for organisations including Rolls-Royce, Dell Technologies, Sony, SAP, PayPal, Warner Bros. Discovery, eBay, Seagate, Hitachi, MUFG and Singapore government agencies.

Every person in your organisation is photographed to one consistent standard, so a leadership page reads as one company rather than a collage.

Choosing a corporate photographer in Singapore

Most people looking for a corporate photographer in Singapore are not shopping for a camera. They are trying to work out whether someone can walk into a boardroom at 9am, photograph eight senior people who did not want to be there, and hand back a set that still matches when it lands on the leadership page. That is the actual job.

We have been doing it since 2002, for listed companies, government boards, agencies and start-ups. The work runs from a single chief executive portrait to a full leadership set, a conference, a factory floor or an aerial view of a site.

What we photograph

  • Executive and CEO portraits for annual reports, investor material and press releases.
  • Leadership and team headshot sets shot to one specification so a staff page reads as one piece of work.
  • Group and department portraits, in the studio or on location.
  • Conferences, ceremonies and exhibitions, covered discreetly on available light.
  • Architecture, industrial and aerial work, including sites, plant and offshore marine.
  • Corporate video, shot alongside stills by the same crew on the same day.

Where we work

Sessions run at your office, at a venue, on site, or in our studio, whichever keeps the working day moving. Most work is in Singapore, and we travel across Southeast Asia and the wider region for group shoots, plant visits and events.

How quickly you hear back

Tell us how many people and by when. You will have availability, a shoot outline and a firm quotation the same working day. For events, a same-day or next-morning selection can be delivered for press and social use, with the full edited gallery following.

Usage and rights

Files come back retouched and sized for web, print and social use, with a written licence covering how they may be used. If someone joins later, we can match the existing set exactly rather than starting the whole thing again.

Common questions

How much notice do you need? A week is comfortable. We regularly take shorter notice for press and appointment announcements.

Can you photograph a whole board in one morning? Not at the executive standard. A board director needs at least 45 minutes, so a board of ten is a full day. A morning is realistic for a staff or team set, where ten to twenty minutes per person is enough.

Do you shoot video as well? Yes. Stills and video are often produced together in one visit, which is usually cheaper and far less disruptive than booking two crews.
